There is a clear favorite color, but there are also times where this color isn’t the favorite, this usually happens during summer months. The most popular color in the world is only popular for about 8 months and the other 4 months it is another color.

Blue is the most popular color in the world. Did you know that the earth is mostly blue, with the sky and the water? Blue has always been a favorite because it goes with anything. People wear blue clothes, drive blue cars, and even paint their houses blue. Blue is truly the most popular color in the world. The weird thing is even as the most popular color in the world it is only popular for 2/3’s of the year. Why is this you ask?

The reason blue is the most popular color for only part of the year is because white beats it in the hotter summer months. The reason white is more popular during those months is believed because white is a lighter color and cleaner color. People usually spend a weekend or so every year repainting something in their house and the color they pick to repaint is white. With blue being the most popular color in the world for 2/3’s the year and white taking the title for the other third of the year, you will soon see a new trend of mixing blue and white together all year round.
